In our Brains Nursery School in Madrid we attach great importance to this activity for all the benefits it has for the little ones and for this reason it is incorporated into our offer of activities within school hours from 1 to 6 years old (in the school located in la Moraleja) and as an extracurricular activity. Children between 4 months and 6 years old can enjoy different activities adapted to their ages. In addition, expectant mothers also have water activity classes for pregnant women, where they can take care of themselves and the baby they carry inside.

Aimed at babies (from 4 months) in order for them to learn to control their breathing , to float in water and to increase psychomotor stimulation. In this type of activity, the parents will be present during the classes for the greatest relaxation of the baby. With these classes we want to ensure that babies not only relax, but also survive a fall into the water by accident.
From the age of 18 months, the children go to work without their parents in the water, carrying out the activities by themselves. Classes will always be held in small groups. What is intended to achieve is that they are autonomous in the water without the need for any type of auxiliary material. In this type of activity, games are used to motivate children, since it is what the little ones like to do the most.
Pre-initiation 3 years
Activities aimed at those who can swim and those who can’t, through games to completely dominate the aquatic environment. You want to get them to control their breathing, jumps, turns, in addition to working on propulsion.
Initiation to swimming from 4 to 6 years
When the students reach the age of 4 and are independent in the water, they are taught the different styles of swimming through games . In the event that the child is not autonomous, first you have to make it so.
